eBay update

Hello -de Lu-

As some of you may know, I'm leaving my job in Dublin by the end of September and going back to Paris, to study. I just told my supervisors about it, which makes the whole thing looks even more real, now that they're waiting for my notice...

There is soooo much stuff I have stored up in two years, it is actually quite scary... I still don't know how I am going to manage moving them all over... Either by paying a carrier company or by moving things little by little, bag by bag ( 15kg by 15kg thanks Ryanair) while leaving stuff at my boyfriend's.

I hate thinking about it. The idea of leaving Dublin gives me as much pleasure as it freaks me out. I miss France but I also know I'm gonna hate it soon, for various reasons. Weird and mixed feelings.

As a result of that, I need to do a big clearout of my closet. I'm selling Vintage, second-hand and new stuff on eBay, here.









Comme certaines d'entre vous le savent déjà, je quitte mon job à Dublin fin septembre et rentre à Paris pour retourner à l'école. Je viens tout juste de l'apprendre à mes sups, ce qui rend la chose bien plus réelle maintenant qu'ils attendent ma lettre de démission...

J'ai entassé tellement de choses en deux ans que ça en devient flippant... Je ne sais toujours pas comment je vais pouvoir tout ramener en France...Soit par transporteur j'imagine, soit en le faisant petit à petit, bagage par bagage (15kgs par 15kgs merci Ryanair) et en laissant des choses chez mon irlandais. Je déteste y penser. Savoir que je quitte Dublin m'exite tout autant que ça m'angoisse. La France me manque mais je sais aussi que je vais la détester dans quelques mois, pour diverses raisons. Des sentiments bien partagés quoi.

C'est pourquoi j'ai besoin de faire le vide dans mon placard et me débarasser de ce que je ne porte plus, ou trop peu. Du Vintage, de l'occasion et du neuf sur eBay, ici .

on eBay of course! I have this PayPal account that's linked to my French bank account. So every transaction on the internet goes through this one, allowing me to keep my Irish laser card budget... for the real shopping! How good is that... 2 sources of supply!!


Sur eBay evidemment! J'ai un compte PayPal relié à mon compte en banque français. En gros, tout mes achats sur le net passent par là, me laissant le loisir de dépenser mon budget "après-midi shopping à dublin" via la CB irlandaise... c'est pas beau ca, 2 sources d'approvisionnement même si on est pas Rotshild??



I sell and buy... and buy and sell ...and sell and buy... and so on... it allows me to get rid of stuff I can't stand anymore, or have never worn because *what the fuck was I thinking when I bought this?*, or stuff that just doesn't fit me anymore, even if I try and squeeze myself into it...yes indeed, I did put on a bit of weight thanks to my living with a guy and drinking local cider...


J'achète et je vends...je vends et j'achète...et puis j'achète et je vends.... Ça me permet de me débarasser de fringues que je ne peux plus encadrer, ou encore de celles que je n'ai jamais porté parce que *Bon sang de bois, quelle nouvelle drogue avais-je essayé ce jour là?*, ou de trucs qui ne me vont plus, même si j'essaie de faire rentrer la tête en premier.... et ouai... ca aide pas de vivre avec un testostérone immmense et de boire du cidre local....

A pair of brown brogues, originally from Primark/Penneys, but that I didn't notice at the time in the shops. Thank God, eBay is there to make up for such insults.
I am wearing them today and they hurt quite badly.... revenge!!


Une paire de Richelieus marrons de chez Primark/Penneys, mais que je n'avais pas remarqué à l'époque dans le magasin... Heureusement qu'eBay est là pour réparer nos offenses.
Je les porte aujourd'hui et elle me b**** le pied..... la revenge des chaussures!!!









A vintage 1950s black lace full circle dress with a bustier. It fits perfectly and looks great with a petticoat underneath... I'm very pleased with it!!

Une superbe robe vintage des années 50 qui me va à merveille ( sans faire la crâneuse!). Avec un gros jupon, elle est juste à tomber par terre...

I am selling some stuff at the moment, like this lovely dress which doesn't fit me....



It's a shame 'cause I absolutely adore it! But there's really no point in keeping it for when I'll put on weight.... no no...

At the same time, well.... I've been buying!

I won the auction for this gorgeous brand new OASIS Tuxedo jacket with satin lapels.... for £9.50!




And this dress I had been looking at for a loooong time ...

Seeing it worn by Only shallow's beautiful Ranna just made me fall in love with it...
